Good kit, shipping a bit slow

I ordered an OSHA compliant first aid kit for our small office. The kit itself is well-stocked and seems like good quality, definitely meets our requirements. Prices were competitive compared to other suppliers I looked at. Shipping took about 7 days to get to our location in Boston, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not a deal-breaker. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Overall, a solid choice for workplace safety, just plan ahead for delivery times.

Everything we needed!

I just received our order of an AED unit and some replacement pads for our community center. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and super fast! The AED unit looks top-notch, and the pads were exactly what we needed. I was so happy with the whole experience, from browsing the site to receiving the delivery. I will absolutely be ordering from First Aid Global again for all our future safety supplies. What a great store!

how long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Need some stuff pretty quickly.

K Kate K. 1 month ago
For my last order to LA, it was about 5 business days. Depends on what you get though, some items might ship faster.

I'm in northern CA and it took a week for my burn kit and some refills. They don't have super fast shipping like Amazon, but it's reliable.

Does First Aid Global do free shipping? Or do you always have to pay for it?

T Todd R. 1 month ago
They usually have free shipping on orders over a certain amount, like $99 or something. Check at checkout.

Yeah, I always hit their minimum for free shipping since I usually buy a bunch of stuff at once. Pretty common for them.

What's their return policy like for medical supplies? In case I order too much of something or it's not quite right.

J Julia 2 months ago
Returns were easy, did it last month for some extra bandages. Just had to fill out a form online.

I think for most medical supplies, as long as it's unopened and you do it within a certain time frame, it's fine. Check their site, but it seemed pretty standard to me.

Are the AED batteries they sell actually real? Or are they some cheap knockoffs?

D Daisy 2 months ago
I've bought replacement batteries from them for our office AED and they were the same brand as the original. Worked fine.

Pretty sure they're authentic. They wouldn't risk selling fake medical stuff, especially for AEDs. Would be a huge liability.

hey, anyone know if their first aid kits are actually legit for like, OSHA stuff? or is it just 'OSHA compliant' in name only?

J James Romero 2 months ago
Yeah, they're legit. My company uses them and we passed our last inspection no problem.

They explicitly state on their site that their kits meet OSHA regs. I think they're also ANSI compliant, which is a good sign too.

Thinking of getting a big order of supplies for our office. Do they do special pricing for larger quantities?

N Neil 2 months ago
Definitely. I got a bulk quote last year for our school and it was way better than just buying individual kits. You have to ask for it though.

N Nick A. 1 month ago
Yep, they do. They call it 'tiered pricing' for bulk. Just hit up their customer service for a quote.
